We allow only ONE account per person or company. If you have more than one account, each additional account will be deleted without notice. We reserve the right to refuse anybody from signing up to this program. Reasons may vary and may not necessarily be specified.
We do not allow signups from the following countries: any region of the Soviet Union, Yugoslavia, Pakistan, Romania, Maroc, Algerie, Tunisie, Czech Republic, Poland, Malasia, Vietnam, Korea, Hungary, Thailand, Bulgaria, Turkey, Iraq, Iran and Afghanistan. It is possible to join this program from anywhere else in the world and no conditions of admissibility will be made concerning your citizenship or country of residence. You must be at least 18 years old to join this affiliate program. If the laws of your country of residence require a higher minimum age, you must respect those laws.
If the laws in your jurisdiction limit or forbid you to participate in this program, you must respect those laws. We do not take the responsibility of informing you on your country's laws. You are entirely responsible in informing yourself on your country's laws and must take the proper measures to inform yourself. If you violate the laws and regulations of your country, you, and you alone are responsible of the resulting consequences.
If a client buys a membership on one of our pay sites outside of Canada, that membership will be valid only in the country where it was purchased. This allows us to limit fraud on our sites while avoiding the distribution of passwords on international web sites.
We are not responsible for the loss of commissions due to technical problems which are out of our control or circle of influence. We also are not responsible for the equipment which these problems are related to if they do not concern us.
You may send your visitors to our sites utilising the method of your choice, whether it be with banners, exit popups, links, images or photography with embedded link, or with pre-approved emails (NO SPAMMING). It is strictly prohibited to spam! If you use this method of advertisement, your account will be deactivated permanently without prior notice. Any outstanding funds will not be paid.
The points mentioned above have been included in our anti-spam policy already in effect. This section has been added due to a new law (CAN-SPAM), which passed on May 19, 2004.
All partners of WhiteLabelCash must take into account this law because it will be applied to all partners promoting WhiteLabelCash products and services. When promoting adult products and services, your must respect the following guidelines:
1. The exact phrase "SEXUALLY EXPLICIT:" must be included in ALL-CAPS in the first 17 letters of every subject line. This phrase must be in ASCII format.
2. The exact phrase "SEXUALLY EXPLICIT:" in ALL-CAPS must be the first 17 letters in the visible part of the email message. The Visible Part is the part of the email that is immediately visible upon opening of the email, without having to scroll or have to perform any other action to read this text. The Sexually Explicit content must be BELOW the visible part of the email, or be accessible by clicking on a text link.
A valid postal address must be displayed in the visible part of the message. You must include the following:

Furthermore, the visible part must indicate that the message itself is promotional in nature, and must contain an email address which the recipient can use to refuse and future publicity from the sender.
4. Because CAN-SPAM covers as much the sexually explicit images as sexually explicit text, the message's subject line must not contain any text containing text of sexually explicit conduct. Also, the visible part of the message must not contain material of sexual conduct. Sexual Conduct means any activity relating to real or simulated sexual relations (including genital-genital, oral-gential, anal-genital, or oral-anal, whether it be heterosexual or homosexual in nature); bestiality; masterbation; Masochist & Sadistic acts; or explicitly showing human genitals.
5. Violation of the CAN-SPAM act may result in civil and/or criminal charges. You will need to inform yourself through a qualified law professional. Anybody not respecting this law shall be unsubscribed to the program according to the terms and conditions, and we reserve the right to report any violation of this law.
It is strictly forbidden to send traffic to sites containing :
Child pornography.
Bestiality (pornography with animals)/Sodomy
Pornographic content showing images of extreme violence.
If you operate such a site and send us traffic through that site, your account will be immediately and permanently deactivated without notice. You will lose any outstanding funds at this time. You country's authorities will also be notified of your activity.
Payments are sent out at the end of each month by Cyber2000 Entertainment. Commission payments are made in 15 business days following the Direct Bank Depsit, Epasseport, Check, or Wire Transfer. These commission are payable to almost anybody in the world. Certain exceptions apply.
Credit Card & Micro-Payment
When you refer other webmasters to our partner program, you receive a 10% REFERRAL COMMISSION The referral commission is based on the total revenues that the referred webmaster generates. It is recurring and will be paid to you as long as you or the referred webmaster remain partners. The referral commission will be added to your own revenues and will be displayed in the statistics. You will only be paid the referral commission if your partner account profits reach the payment minimum. The 10% may therefore not be cumulated and substituted for the payment minimum when it is reached. The payment minimum must be reached by the partner's own promotional earnings. It is strictly forbidden to utiilize your coded link to register additional accounts with the objective of referring yourself or other webmasters who are already partners. In other words, ALL of the new webmasters you refer MUST be OTHER persons, companies or organizations who are not already partners. If you violate this rule, then your account will be permanently deactivated with immediate effect and without prior notification. You will be banned from participating in all of our partner programs. At the same time you will forfeit payment of any outstanding and future referral commissions. You will only receive outstanding commissions on revenues that you generated yourself (through dialers or subscriptions).

The promotion of any other partnership program will result in the loss of free hosting privilege for the partner. The hosted site will be immediately deleted without prior notice.
It is essential for the site to have all the content rights for all the material hosted on our servers.
The bandwidth allowance on our free hosted sites is unlimited only to a certain extent. All accounts with substantial bandwidth consumption must show profits justifying their bandwidth consumption.
Hotlinking of images from our servers is strictly forbidden.
